In the process of manufacturing central heating radiators, the most common way of connecting individual fins of the radiator is brazing with the use of brass solder.

Brazing provides an aesthetic and technologically optimal connection of the radiator structure elements. The induction soldering station can provide automatic or semi-automatic soldering process with the use of previously placed solder in the connecting points. Properly prepared solder, e.g. in the form of brass rings made of profiled brass wire, enables fast and aesthetic induction soldering without the necessity of manual solder feeding. The station equipped with fastening elements ensuring precise and repeatable placement of the mobile head with the inductor, significantly facilitates the operator’s work and optimizes working time.
