Soft soldering of electronic components
Inductive soldering of electronic components including those mounted on PCBs is becoming more and more common.
All elements such as current connectors soldered in PCBs with pre-assembled electronics, require local fast heating. Induction soldering lines for electronic components, often equipped with automatic solder feeders, flux feeders, and the head with the inductor is placed on the robot arm.
Due to the speed of the process often SCARA type robots are used, and the whole is controlled by an industrial controller.
