Softening of ultrasonic seams
Ultrasonic welding is one of the methods of joining wires consisting of copper lines. This technology is used, among others, in the automotive industry for the production of cable harnesses where several different wires are joined.
This method is fast and durable, but the copper must be softened by heating. This is to eliminate the stresses introduced during welding. The use of induction heating is a fast and economical process in this case.
